Everytime I call I get put on hold for like 10 min. The ladies that answer have no knowledge of what the sushi rolls consist of. Plus they are always in a hurry to take your order...
tuve una experiences con mi Plato de chicken chipotle cuando trajoeron el plato la salsa de chiplote era pura agua no tenia savor esto curio hoy y el mesero un muchacho jovencito sin experiencia ni para darnos cubiertos,no platos para comer unos rollos antes del plato,ni cervilletas, ni un popote todo eso lo estuve que pedir yo a cada rato comimos por q teniamos habre pero no velvo a ir
Our take out order was wrong. This isn’t the first time it happens. The loca roll looked like it was just thrown into the plate, falling apart. We didn’t get our yaki soba, instead we got a large lump of rice. How careless of them to not check orders properly and the quality of food has gone down. “Mucho rollo”, is now “ no bueno rollo”.

Walked in and sat down. 8 minutes later one person asked me if they had help me. Answered “no” she gave me a menu and never saw her again. Finally asked who was the waitress assigned to my table and all 3 started to blame each other. I had not gone back to Sushi Madre in 2 years and I won’t come back ever. Shity service.
Worst service ever will not come back to that one again we are visiting and this is what I get the worst service ever.
