Gave this place another shot after talking to the manager plus cause their food is delicious .... NEVER again their waitress are always just talking not paying attention to the costumers waited almost 5 mins till one of the waitress finally acknowledged me and I asked him for a refill and I waited almost 15 mins so they would finallly turn around from their little chisme because I was going to order some other stuff but no enough is enough asked for my tab and left instead .

Everytime I call I get put on hold for like 10 min. The ladies that answer have no knowledge of what the sushi rolls consist of. Plus they are always in a hurry to take your order...
Customer service again for the 2nd time was horrible. Always mess up my order and then argue the customer is incorrect when you had them repeat your order upon ordering! And it’s always this location! Disappointing!
Management on this location is horrible!!!! As I was coming to eat,I called to ask if they had a promo, person who answered said yes! When I’m done eating and about to pay they charge me everything regular price, Signs are still up everywhere(fake publicity) and like I mentioned when I called they told me they still had that promo, even the employee agreed to the manager that she told me they still had the promo manager did not honor it either way!!!!!
