Service is terrible! They make you pay an 18% tip, so the servers know they are getting the tip and slack on the service. The food is okay, not great and not terrible. I wouldn’t recommend going here for crappy service and middle of the road food @ $30.88 a person with drink. Disgusted!!!! Never even got the refill of my coke I asked for.
Food is great if I would ever get my order in a timely manner. It seems the past 3 visits it takes me at least an hour to get my sushi. While other tables of 4 people are getting stuff non stop. Really wish i could give it another shot and get the service I am used to. Again the food is exellent but the speed of service has SUCKED the past 3 visits
We love eating here every time we visit across the state. So yummy!!!
At work we order from this place ALL the time, most of the time placing an order of around $50 as there is several of us that order for lunch. Although the food is typically excellent, We always specify that we would like extra eel, soy and spicy mayo for each box, yet most of the time we only get maybe one or 2 sauces, and not 1 or 2 of each one, I mean ONE soy sauce and ONE spicy sauce or something, really?! $50 worth of sushi and you can't make sure we have enough sauce?! Pretty annoying.
