I'm actually really angry about this. this isn't a Karen moment. this place is not hygienic
food was reasonably food was reasonably priced exceptionally delicious the staff was friendly courteous and very helpful definitely plan on going back
Your food is mediocre and the service is terrible, the worst I've ever encountered. It was very disappointing. I won't be back.
Been coming here for months. However the past month, each time i went, service got progressively worse and worse. waiting 10+ mins to be seated while they were only half full. hour long waits on orders. cold tempura shrimp. and today was the final straw when i had hair in my food. not coming back anymore.

My daughter and I went to the sushi factory for the very first time. The sushi was very fresh tasting and came out very quickly. Our waiter disappeared after dropping off our food and it looks like everybody else filled in for him they never said why he left or that he was going very strange. We had a $20 Groupon, the bill with some delicious items quickly went up to $59.xx for the 2 of us. Bill was corrected to the a la cartel pricing, now $51.25 - 20 Groupon = $31.25. Instead he returned $6 from my $40 because I was taxed now for the 3rd time on the $20 Groupon. Taxed to buy the Groupon, taxed on total bill of $51.25 and taxed again for $3.xx on $20 he took off for Groupon! Add on 18% auto charge. Makes no sense, just ready to go. This Groupon was very expensive for a little bit of very delicious food.
Great food, wonderful service, the manager is extremely friendly and helpful
