I went in to have the clasp ring of my necklace fixed because it was loose. I asked for it to be tightened permanently, and Pouyan did the repair very quickly and professionally. He didn’t even charge me for the service. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate it!
i cant begin to tell you how happy I am to have met Pouyan and the family. This is an honest family business that really takes the time to assist you with all your needs. You never feel like they're trying to upsell you on anything. I have a ring from my Father (who I miss dearly) that was missing a diamond.
