Please be aware before doing business with Susanne. I can't speak for her entire team, but she is not someone I would trust. I contacted her to view a house she had listed (one in which I was very interested). She informed me she would make time for me to see the home at 6PM that evening. At 4:12PM she canceled that appointment and re-scheduled for the next day at 12:30PM. She wrote me in a text message, and I quote, "I will make sure she sees your offer-before making a decision"... Suzanne helped us find the perfect house, and she exceeded our expectations in terms of being extremely patient, willing to keep looking and looking, gave us lots of good insight and advice, helped us find other wonderful people for home-related things we needed, etc. She went out of her way to be helpful and kind; more than any realtor I've ever worked with.
