Fast, efficient yet caring.
Dr. McClain is always a delight. She found a suspicious spot on my husband's head and sent him for MOHS surgery to Dr. Vuyevich (plastic surgeon.) The surgery was extensive and successful. In addition Dr. McClain removed two spots from my face that were concerning. Thank you Dr. McClain.
Follow up visit to remove stitches. Appointment was quick and easy with Dr. McClain checking surgery site followed with information about the surgery and how the site will continue to heal and what to expect, appearance wise, in the future.
Dr McClain is always promo and professional but also compassionate and friendly. She is always looking for the best solution for my specific issues to minimize return visits. I travel 45 minutes and outside of my healthcare carrier to see her. She’s worth it.
Wait time was minimal. Preparation instructions were clear. Examination was professional and thorough. Questions were answered clearly (related to other skin growths and other cancers.)
