I had an appointment to see Dr. Susanna Carter on Thursday at 1pm for a yeast infection that I couldn't get to go away. Her office called me the day before and asked if I could come in at 10am because she was going out of town and needed to leave early. I'd been in so pain that I was very happy to come in early. At my appointment, Dr. Carter said that she would send a swab to the lab to see what was causing my problem. After waiting 3 days for the results, I called to see if my results were in. Dr. Carter is so incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She goes out of the way to spend time answering questions, making the best of your visit and her bedside manner is the best. When it comes to delivering babies, she is the one you want there! She is someone I recommend to anyone and it took me years to find her, love her!!!
Dr. Carter delivered both of my babies. Not only was it a doctor-patient experience but more of a personal friend experience. Dr. Carter listened to me, cried with me, prayed with me and was patient with me. She helped me through some rough times. I recommend her 100%.
Dr. Carter is the best doctor I’ve ever been to, seriously! She really takes time to listen to questions and share information. She doesn’t just try to get you out the door. I am so grateful!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Carter. She delivered my first baby and will soon be delivering my second. She always takes her time at appointments and truly shows that she cares about each of her patients as individuals.
