I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Willard. I have been her patient off and on for almost 29 years. I trust her. She cares about my health and over all well being. She never rushes in or out of the room and always makes me feel like she has time to hear me. She gives me options and lets me choose how I want to handle my health when options are available. She will pray with me if I need it. She is timely with test results so I do not have to worry longer than necessary. She is great.
Dr Susan WILLARD has been my doctor since I was 10 years old. She knows my body and I trust her with my life. Dr. Willard is an amazing wonderful doctor and so down to earth. Love her.

I have been going to Dr. Willard off and on for over 30 years. The only time I did not go to her is when my insurance was not accepted with her practice. She is a great doctor, very caring and thorough. She actually brightens my day when I see her. Always upbeat and positive. I plan to continue with her as my primary doctor for as long as she is in practice. I highly recommend Dr. Susan Willard.
Great doctor - a wonderful staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Willard for over 15 years and I highly recommend her she has always shown that she cares about my health and me as a person. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and always ask me if I'm doing ok. I love my Dr.
I went to Willard because of all the praise she receives. I have a special condition that she wasn't interested in sorting out. She laughed at my list of symptoms and threw it in the trash. Inches from my face, she yelled what exactly is your main problem! You seem to have all these problems but you are completely healthy and your blood tests are all normal! As it turned out, I have multiple sclerosis, neurocardiogenic syncope, Gastroparesis and hashimotos. Good job Dr.
