Pretty rude and arrogant, not helpful at all. Zero soft skills and hard to work with it. They are knowledgeable but arrogant about it. Choose another lab for R&D and production. Save yourself the stress, no one likes to work with rude people.
You could improve by filling your Keracell bottles to 8 fl oz as labeled on the bottle in my opinion. I just knew something was amiss when I opened a brand new bottle purchased through Dillard's and noticed it wasn't filled all the way in my opinion. I poured the entire bottle into a Pyrex measuring cup and came up with 7 fl oz. At $40 a bottle, you owe me $5. Egregious Slack Fill. I feel like I've been ripped off.
Susan Raffy Consultng was a nightmare to deal with. Incapable of returning emails, misleading statements and no experience with overseas contracts and supply. Completely dishonest and a waste of time!
