Dr. Moison is an excellent physician with fabulous bedside manner and she is highly skilled in her discipline of OB-GYN. It is unfortunate that her office staff run by Health 1 has no clue. They sent me 25 reminders of my annual exam appointment through multiple systems including texts, U.S. Mail ( required paperwork), emails, phone calls, voice mail. I stopped counting after 25! Dr. Susan Moison has been my Gynecologist for over 25 years and she is one of the MOST OUTSTANDING, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and THOROUGH doctors I have ever had. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to be under the care of Dr. Moison. When my former GYN retired I was lucky enough to be accepted into her practice. Dr, Moison is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and caring. When I come for my yearly visit I always feel that I am seeing a friend and putting my health in the best possible person.
Susan took the time to talk through questions and make me feel heard. I really appreciated her honesty and cheerful bedside manner.
