RecommendedI've been a patient of Dr. Neil's for over 10 years! She and her staff are the most genuine, caring professionals in medicine. Hands down! I refuse to change practices, even though I no longer live or work in Lexington, because Dr. Neil truly listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed out the door. Lisa, Kathy, and Melissa are absolute saints and have been there for me through thick and thin! If you're looking for a doctor who treats you more like family than another patient, I cannot recommend them enough!

Finding Dr. Neil is the best thing that could happen for me..she has helped me so much. Her staff is so friendly and professional and makes your visit very relaxing and comfortable.
I am extremely disappointed. I paid over $4000 for Thermage last May and they told me to wait 4 months for the full effect. It’s been over a year and no results. I have kept in touch with them the entire time and they told me, “well we can do a follow up treatment for half price”. Shouldn’t it be free since I got ZERO results? I would definitely NOT recommend this practice for any aesthetic procedure. They are a rip off.
Like walking into a room of good friends. I love going there and knowing when I come home a fresher me. Thank you Kathy and Lisa you ladies Rock and so does Dr. Neil.
It's always relaxing and fun at Dr. Neil's office. It's a comfortable atmosphere. The best part, however, is Dr. Neil's keen eye for the best and most appropriate treatments. She doesn't over-do nor is she too conservative with her suggestions. She also doesn't appear to be "tied" to any particular brand of product. I'm confident she would recommend the right product despite who sells it.
