front office issues I made an appointment with Dr. Hurt and had to wait 2 months to get seen, not atypical with derm. However after showing up at their office, was told promptly by the woman at the front desk that they did not accept my insurance. Isn't this basic for front office staff to verify insurance when the patient calls and makes the appt. Her response was sorry I didn't make appt. Train your people!
