The staff is friendly but thats about it. They forgot me and let 5-6 people go in front of me that had appointment times after me. They told me i was simply forgotten. I was given a diagnosis of Thrush and a 10 day RX to resolve it. No improvement. Called in to express that concern and was given another 10 day RX with no improvement. Called in again and the lady said thats normal, which i questioned because why wouldnt 2 rounds fix it? Susan and her staff were incredible. From intake thru the exam the process was excellent. She conducted the exam describing it as she went along and answered all questions. It was possibly one of the most professional examines and medical visits that I have had in quite some time. I would highly recommend her! A+++
