I love Dr Pollan she listens to me first and is always there for me . I had my first of three hip replacements at 38 years old and I have had four cervical surgeries. So if your in REAL pain she’s the doctor for you . For people who have medical problems not Psychiatric. I think she’s wonderful... saved my butt ??

very off putting, does not explain things and practically sneered when I asked questions

Dr. Pollan was very through on her exam and spent a good amount of time with me. She sent me for imaging and then had me return to her office to review her findings. I was very happy with her and her staff. I find some of these reviews may be written by people that are looking just for medication and did not get it! I would recommend Dr. Pollan to anyone.

Waste of time, thinks she’s smarter than she really is. Wanted to operate but would not guarantee a good outcome, end of story.

Dr. Pollan performs a valuable service for lower back pain sufferers. In my opinion, she is highly competent and performs her work with great skill. Dr. Pollan has a very pleasant manner, which is a great help for nervous patients.

Insensitive, impatient, rude, incompetent. Zero compassion. Tried to have me schedule an appointment just to tell me that she had No Idea what was causing my pain. I asked her assistant to tell me over the phone since driving to Sturdy Hosp. would cause addit'l pain. Susan Pollan wanted to bill insurance for another useless appnt. I had told her what injuries were causing my severe pain. She ignored me, as she apparently does all who seek her advice. Utterly incompetent.

I was a relatively long-term patient at the Pain Management Center of Attleboro and they always took very good care of me. they have to be very careful in this specific line of work. A majority of the negative feedback is most likely from people who are addicts, who are upset that they are denied because the very professional and cautious doctor does not want to feed into their opiate habit. The doctor and I created a reasonable plan to manage my pain and tapered me off just as we planned. 100%

After approximately 1 year of treatment I was eliminated from treatment by the doctor. Due to a failure of a screening test. Be careful to sign any documents. They may and will be held against you. Zero tolerance policy is not mitigated by any sense of compassion or empathy. Her policies are aimed at protection of the practice but lack any mechanisms that provide for legitimate problems. I suffered undue stress and anxiety due to this. Unless her policies are amended I cannot recommend her.

I made sure when I scheduled my appointment that Dr. Pollan was willing to work with my specific pain conditions. The person on the phone put me on hold to double check. At my appointment, Dr. Pollan told me that my condition did not cause the kind of pain that I was experiencing, that I was drug seeking, and that I should have checked first. She then implied that I was lying, or hadn't asked correctly when I told her that I had checked.
