Absolutely love her. Saw her when she was at SS but since she has moved to monument the staff there is a joke, takes 4-ever, office not clean, can’t get staff to answer phone. What a shame due to when she was on south side the environment was totally different with Carma and other Dr. stay away from monument rd
DR POLLAN AND YAMIE RIVERA ARE HORRIBLE, LIKE TWO PEAS IN A POD. DR POLLAN IS RUDE, RUDE, BEYOND RUDE AND YAMIE RIVERA IS A THIEF. DR POLLAN IS OF NO ASSISTANCE BUT WANTS TO BILL YOUR INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY FOR SERVICES NOT COMPLETED.

Very cold and will practically brush off whatever you may say. Not pleasant in the least. I’m trying my hardest never to be seen by here again.
I wish I could still see her. Dr Pollan and her staff were so good. Not only did she really help me with my pain, she was also a very strong advocate and voice for me with all of my doctors. I had lost so much mobility due to pain by the time I saw her, and it was a pleasure to get so much back, while I was seeing her. I truly came to consider her a dear friend, as well as dr. Dr Pollan is one of the best Drs I have every seen. She saved my life she took care of me for years. I hate that she left Attleboro I am thinking about moving to fl just to see her is she strict yes but look at what she has to deal with I wish I could telehealth with her she is the best at what she does
The office is a joke. I never heard from them after my dr referred them to me. I finally called and for no reason I was taken as a patient. Should have read these reviews and stayed far away from this half rate clinic as possbile.
She was rude, showing no emotion, and never said hello. I was dropped and was never told. I called to follow up and she said I broke a signed contract, the only contract I signed was for an opioid. I was not on an opioid. After receiving my files I found many lies that were told to a dr I still see. Filed a complaint with insurance today, doubt it will help. Stay away if u have emotions
