Dr. Cave is great and very knowledgeable and very caring towards Vets but she definitely needs to get rid of Amanda the Office manager, she's rude, never calls you back and apparently never checks voicemails. Amanda doesn't need to be there in the office. Hence the 4 Stars
Everything went swell. The only thing they need to work on is sending out results in a timely manner. It took them three weeks. A lot was placed on hold because of this.
