Rick and I had a wonderful experience at Susan B Allen Memorial Hospital. The OB floor was so attentive and good to us and our family. We were the only ones on the floor at the time of our stay so we had extra attention but I had the same experience when we had my son there 11 years ago. Even something as tedious as moving my balloon so it wouldn't bump the wall while I was taking a nap, the staff came to my rescue.
