My husband's care on 5/1/16 was excellent, but SBA's billing department is still horrible! Since when did a person have to request a detailed invoice? I'm not paying a cent of the 2,600 you say we owe, until I have an invoice! And please, don't be offended because I want to make sure the bill is correct! You have a history of charging for things that were not done! (very personal experience)
The staff here have been fantastic. Patient care is second to none.
