Custom fitted sleeve was fine but hand sleeve had to be measured again and reordered. Can’t wear one without the other and it took weeks to arrive. The first person should have measured me twice just to be sure The hand glove still is too big on my thumb but will live with it Diane Kerkhoff
My experience was excellent staring with the speed in which my appointment was made. The staff were very friendly and professional. I love the privacy of the fitting rooms and products that are available during my appointment and the speed in which my orders were available that was not in stock.
want to express my appreciation for Lisa and Sherry, who went above and beyond to assist me with my support hose. Their knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes made a significant difference in my experience. However, I encountered issues with Nusrat, the receptionist, who provided me with incorrect information regarding my insurance coverage. My experience was amazing. Both the ladies were very courteous. The woman that helped me during my visit was very compassionate and made sure I received what I needed which was long overdue.
