I’m only giving 1 star because that’s the lowest score you can give. Everything in the world wrong with this apartment complex. Management doesn’t take care of mold problems that were brought to their attention 2 months ago. There’s mold and water intrusion in my dinning room window. Water seeps through every time there’s rain or the sprinklers are on. The walls around the window are moldy, warped from water soaking into the house. I love the little stream that runs through the complex. This is a relaxed, comfortable place to get away to after work. It's a great place to walk my dog and just catch my breath after a rough day. The thing that has me hooked most is the staff for the complex. I can tell that the apartment managers really care for me and my fellow residents here because they always take the time to make sure everything is right. I am just upgrading my review from 1 to 3. Reasons, my concerns about an issue was well taken care by at least one of management staffs. This proves that you are heard and your issues are taken care at least by someone in the management. Apart from that, If you know to ignore very few unfriendly weird neighbors, this IS a good place to live. I like here especially because my kids can play around the basketball court with his friends and as a community there are lot of good people around except very few weirds.
