I have been going to Heather for over three years now never had a problem she is very professional . I love my monthly treatments what ever they are. I have to say my face says thank you Heather

Does it make y'all feel good to ruin someone's Mother's Day gift? My friend said two of the women that were employees were nice. But the owner and another employee was very very rude to her and then would not refund her! That's a load of crap! You all are some dirty dogs! Costumers are always right! This is just ridiculous! I really hope that karma makes its way around. So sad they ruined her gift from her family!
Love Surrender Escape!!! Employees are always kind to me and my girls. They will work with you on what ever you want. My kids get their haircuts , dancing and prom hair/ make-up and eyebrows waxed. EVERYTHING COMES OUT GREAT!!!
Rude staff & rude owner. This place is awful. They made a mistake and blamed the patron. The customer is always right.

I've had multiple services done here and each time I've always always felt welcomed and comfortable!!! Anytime someone asks where they can get a facial, spray tan excetera I will 100% always recommend this place!!! Wish I could rate it 10 starz instead of 5!!!!
I absolutely love this place and everyone that works there! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The place is extremely clean, organized and has such a calming serene vibe to it. The facial I had there is hands down the best facial I have ever had in my life! That says a lot especially because I've had facials at high end salons in San Diego and there is no comparison to the one I received at SE! I HIGHLY recommend this salon for any service you are looking to get to pamper yourself!
I started with Heather for my first facial about fours years ago...She is absolutely amazing. I would go every week if I could!! �
