Love Surrender Escape! The owner is the SWEETEST and everyone that works there is great.
My husband and I have been going to Surrender Escape for years for facials, hair cuts, and massages. Everyone including the owner has been friendly, polite, and very professional. That is why we like go there. They always greet you with a smile the minute you open the door.. I would recommend the place to anyone.
I think it's disgusting when the owner is about the rudest person on earth. She's rude to the customers, she was rude to my friend and just because you have a business doesn't give you the right to disrespect people. She's rude to her employees apparently she can't keep good employees because of her rudeness.
Heather, the owner, is so sweet and professional . I always get the best facials from her. She is very gentle and explains everything. When one facial is over, I book the next one. Very nice and cheerful employees .. great experience. Good atmosphere.
People who actually live in this community can attest to the warm, welcoming and professional staff and atmosphere generated by these ladies. They all worked hard to establish a stellar reputation. It is a shame that some petty, obviously, self absorbed people would try to tarnish all the years of hard work. Great job ladies, and especially Heather for putting together an exceptional team.
Refused to perform services that has been paid for. Refused refunding the money paid. Just a thief with a questionable business license in my opinion.
Love this place and the people who work there! My spray tan always comes out flawless and looks so natural! I always leave extremely satisfied and look forward to going back. Wouldn't go anywhere else for these types of needs. Highly recommend checking this place out :)
The owner treated my sweet friend like a common criminal, and told her she was going to call the police just because there was a disagreement about an appointment. You should know better than to treat a customer that way! Shame on you!
