I remodeled a rental house and bought flooring, countertops and cabinets. They screwed up and got us the wrong color countertops, also one of the cabinets was wrong size. They gave me a discount of 10% on the flooring because of the screw-up and when I had several boxes leftover they wouldn't take the return back because I got a discount. Do yourself a favor and buy your material elsewhere, not worth the hassle.
I have remodeled 2 of my kitchen with the cabinets and bought my flooring for both houses here as well. Charles rocks !!! Great service! Great products!
Would have been 5 stars, but.... Paducah store. Needed 200 sf of tile for a kitchen. Initially talked with a very pleasant man named Charles Stovall. Needed 70 tiles - EXACTLY. They supposedly had 7 boxes of 10 in another location. Fine. Bought them all. About $900. Nervous about the no waste situation. Charles thought that they MIGHT have a few extra samples, and asked the gal at the other store to send everything that they had. (No need to keep a few tiles that could never be sold).
