Stuck in the waiting room for 4 hours waiting for the patient. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind. TV blared the same HTV show for hours. No vending machine, no coffee. No one was at the front office. Magazines from 2016. When I figured out the surgery was starting 3 hours late I went to get coffee. When I returned the doors were locked. Horrible customer service
Recommendedl had my procedure this morning. Good Teamwork from front desk, pre / post - operation staff, Doctor Kavoosi, Anesthesia staff. Well trained and very respectful. Thank you very much.
I have used this facility twice this year. I highly recommend for any of your surgeries . The staff are friendly starting from the front desk to the anesthesiologists, nurses. They cared for me after the surgery and made sure I was comfortable. I even got a call from their staff the next day to check up on me.
Thank you, Dr. Michael Golf, Sandee, Adrianna, and Adrienne for the wonderful pre-op and post op professionalism, attention and care. The bedside manner was excellent. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well.
My daughter had Septoplasty & Turbinate Reduction here. The staff, nurses, Dr. Bittar was amazing! Everyone made my daughter & I feel so comfortable & at ease when we were both nervous since she's never had surgery before. Thank you all!
