Staff was pleasant and professional. Dr Falgout addressed all of my concerns.
I am so thankful I was referred to this office for my Thyroid surgery. My first consultant was scheduled very quickly after my referral. The wait in the lobby was not long at all. Dr. Eads was fantastic at answering my questions and really down to earth. He explained everything about my procedure, including risks. I appreciated his transparency when addressing any concerns I had. On surgery day, he came to chat with me before going into the OR and did something that made me feel peace. He prayed over me. Dr Wallace is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met.
These people were so slow I could not believe how low they kept me there my appointment was at two and I did not get out of there until after 4 o'clock
Dr. Harrell is absolutely the best surgeon in Tuscaloosa. If you need a doctor that really hears what his patients are saying, he is the doctor for you. Plus he is one of the nicest, sweetest doctors that I have ever had the pleasure to meet, and I have met a lot of doctors. His staff is also 5 star!
Dr Argo and the Staff are all so nice and helpful. Surgery went great!
