When an appointment is made and rescheduled for someone who's sick and in pain. make sure you have your facts straight and dont screw anyone around. 3 weeks is too long to be playing with someone's life
Dr Wallace is great. However the rest of his staff here sucks! They are rude. I sat in the waiting room for well over and hour and half. Another lady had waited for 2 and half hours. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Should’ve have been an in and out type thing. But no. And after sitting and waiting for an hour I went to see how long it would be and they hadn’t even taken my chart back!!!!!! Great Place and I love Dr . Harrell and his staff
The wait was way too long. They should learn how to schedule their patients times better. I got there at 3:15, and left at 5:45.
The Drs. are the best and nicest...I highly recommend them...Appendix and other procedures...
