The staff are knowledgeable and kind and made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call until I left after bandage removal. Especially Heidi, who kept me calm and relaxed when I could have been climing the walls while I waited my turn. But most of all, I hope you realize what a gem you have in Dr. Conway as well!
I feel like a different person but not just from my tummy tuck, you made me remember tha tI used to love myself as a person. Dr. Smith is so caring and his attention to detail is appreciated. I had juve and Botox this time and he was right again! He added a bit to my lips that I was skeptical of but I am very pleased now. I've already given his name to several friends. The staff is kind and considerate and it's a pleasure every time.
