I’ve had several negative experiences with the staff at this practice. Every time I’ve been there, the employees have been rude and disrespectful. I’ve even heard them make snide comments about people outside who clearly have disabilities. When I brought my elderly father for his appointment, they were just as unkind. Their behavior has been consistently unprofessional, and it’s very disappointing.
We have been going here for about 5 years. Never had anything but wonderful friendly service!!
I take my Mother to this office quite often. The office has a warm, friendly, familiar feel to it. The comfortable feel to the office is very much appreciated because,like us, I am sure quite a few of the patients there spend a lot of time in Doctor offices and waiting rooms. The staff is warm and friendly and we rarely have to wait. The handicap parking is immediately in the front door. The office is contained on one floor and is easy to access.
