This is my third surgery with Dr. Norris, and he has exhibited outstanding care every time..Dr. Norris is very compassionate and caring and always there to listen. Each time I've gone for surgery Dr. Norris has explained the procedure and what I can expect. I will highly recommend Dr. Norris.
Dr. Norris and his staff were very professional and kept me informed during every step leading up to surgery. After surgery his staff made every effort to see that all my needs were met and they were available to answer any questions that I had. I woulds highly recommend Dr. Norris!
Dr. Norris is an awesome doctor. I needed breast surgery, which It very stressful. He calmed my fears, explaining everything in detail. The pathology report came back which showed noninvasive cancer. He was able to remove all of it with a clear margin. He was very reassuring that he had gotten all of it. No more surgery. He happily referred me to my choice of a oncologist.
Dr. Norris was a great surgeon. I have always heard surgeons might not have the best bedside manner but Dr. Norris was easy to understand and very patient when asked questions. And most importantly, my surgery went well. His nurse, Sarah was easy to reach when I needed to call and she was very kind and helpful.
Hernia repair brought me to Dr Norris. The entire process was very professional from initial consultation through surgery and follow-up. Everything went very smoothly and as planned. But mostly I want to compliment Dr Norris and the staff on their thorough and thoughtful follow-ups. I received phone calls each of three days following the surgery to confirm I had no complications or questions. I could not ask to be treated better. Thank you.
I had a previous inguinal hernia repaired by Dr. Norris 4 years ago, and I did not hesitate to ask for him again when I had a second inguinal hernia this summer. His work was accurate, his bedside manner is great, and I healed very quickly.
I am so grateful i was referred to Dr. Norris and his staff! At every appointment, I never felt rushed. He was compassionate and caring. He took the time to explain my situation and options. If I had questions come up, either before or after my appointment, I felt comfortable calling. After my surgery, he personally called to check on my welfare and discussed the pathology results. His knowledge, professionalism and personal touch is why I would go back and also refer him to others. Thank you Dr. Norris!
