This place is an absolute joke. I was scheduled for an appointment at 2:05 PM, and I'm still sitting here waiting well past my appointment time. What's even more frustrating is that when you ask staff about the delay, instead of giving a reasonable explanation or showing concern for your time, everyone seems determined to justify why the wait is acceptable. Patients are expected to arrive on time, complete paperwork, and follow every rule, yet the office doesn't seem to respect patients' schedules at all. It feels like they ... read more
By far the rudest doctor. My mom came in bc she has to but he was really rude to her. Wouldn't let her speak n talked over as well.
Miracle Worker! I was completely blind in my right eye due to retinal detachment, and he got me seeing again. Expect a long wait time at your appointment. In fact, the office tells you to allow for a three hour wait. For me, it was a small price to pay for my restored vision. Thank you God, and Dr Saurino.
Dr Saurino saved my vision. His staff got me in quickly following a retinal detachment and they are very friendly and professional. Dr Saurino is frigging awesome! He was very upfront and open about what was happening, what to do, and what to expect. He prayed with me about it and got my surgery done quickly and guided me thru recovery. This kind of thing is a very scary process when it is happening and I can't thank him and his staff enough for taking care of me like they have and restoring my vision.
First time I've needed any vision care other than an exam for glasses at 60 yrs. First visit with Doctor Saurino at 66 yrs to hear options on a surgical procedure for one of my eyes. Yes, as I've read through some of the reviews, he is very busy. I don't mind this because if your busy, you have a very strong respect in the field.
