It my pain doctor office as well. Axis health care shares the building. Axis health care and staff are the best.
Not sure why our experience with this doctor was subpar when compared to other patients. We were forced to go to him as there are only three eye surgeons in Tulsa that do retina detachment and our case was an emergency. He does not listen to the patient and blows off your pain symptoms and concerns and sites Oklahoma laws. This place is an absolute joke. I was scheduled for an appointment at 2:05 PM, and I'm still sitting here waiting well past my appointment time. What's even more frustrating is that when you ask staff about the delay, instead of giving a reasonable explanation or showing concern for your time, everyone seems determined to justify why the wait is acceptable. Patients are expected to arrive on time, complete paperwork, and follow every rule, yet the office doesn't seem to respect patients' schedules at all. It feels like they ... read more
By far the rudest doctor. My mom came in bc she has to but he was really rude to her. Wouldn't let her speak n talked over as well.
Miracle Worker! I was completely blind in my right eye due to retinal detachment, and he got me seeing again. Expect a long wait time at your appointment. In fact, the office tells you to allow for a three hour wait. For me, it was a small price to pay for my restored vision. Thank you God, and Dr Saurino.
