Surgery did not fix the problem, just changed it. Also, the pain management was pitiful, even ancient practices had better after-care than these.
Elizabeth Magowan and the team here have given me my life back. I cannot express my gratitude enough . Professional caring responsive and quite frankly tolerant of my fears and anxiety d/t past abdominal surgery failures. I never thought I would be "normal" again . Thank you so very much for EVERYTHING.
Absolute joke they discharged me with 2 days worth of medicine set me up with my primary doctor 2 weeks away from my discharged date then when I hounded them about refills for those 2 days straight they told me no refills follow up with my primary doctor witch is 2 weeks away that they made! I sit here with 4 broken ribs wondering how the hell does that add up? Would not recommend. Amish have better medical skills then they do!
A recent surgery at Upstate Surgical Hospital Center was the best healthcare experience. The staff was professional and caring, contributing to a comfortable experience. The registration coordinator, pre-op nurses were kind and reassuring. @Dimitry Navitsky(he truly is changing my life)the Anesthesia team and recovery nurses were spectacular. Kindness and care were shown by everyone, Returning to Upstate Surgical Hospital Center would be a definite choice, knowing the care provided is excellent."
