The office and how it is run. The way they don’t tell their patients what is going on. How can that be caring!
Dr Carrie Stallings is a WONDERFUL, compassionate doctor that cares for her patients. She saved my life in 2015. However, the administrative staff is no longer worth the hassle to try to get an appointment with her. I’ve been having extreme difficulty for 3 years when I make my appointments with Dr Stallings, it takes 6 months to get an appointment. This year is the last straw. While the doctors may be knowledgeable, the office is run like a government agency. It is impossible to reach a live person. Every time I call, I am put on hold for a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes... and most times I can never reach a live person. You have to leave a message which is rarely returned. When I leave messages for the nurses, they are rarely returned. Today I received a call that my appointment for tomorrow has been canceled (less than 24 hours out). Their reason? Tech Shortage. Worst office staff in the history of office staffs. They do not care that they are awful, which makes one think they are poorly treated by the practice. Everything here is dedicated to making communication difficult and frustrating. Expect to wait 4 to 5 hours for mediocre care. I will never go back.
The Staff and Doctor's are very caring and professional. The location is always exceptionally clean. Great place to go and feel at ease!
The staff and Drs are exceptional at what they do. The Doctors/Nurses/Technicians/Front Office personnel has the utmost professional and friendly courtesy when assisting you and their knowledge in preventative medicines along with surgical procedures gives you comfort in knowing you are in good hands.
