I had the most awful experience at the Surgery Center of Plano. My wife had surgery at this place on December 16 and the things that happen to her made me write this review. first of all, surgery was over at 11:20 basically got rushed out of the recovery room and sent home by 1 o’clock I didn’t feel like my wife was ready to be checked out and after that, it was all downhill. I had my left eye cataract surgery performed on December 15, 2021 and I cannot express enough gratitude and praise for the staff of the Surgery Center of Plano. I am a retired RN and I know excellent care when I see and receive the care. Ashley and I hope I remembered my afternoon nurse's name correctly, Ruby, were both exceptional in their care, professionalism and courtesy.

Do not go here if you can avoid it. I had a procedure done in December and paid what I thought was the balance with care credit prior to the procedure. Received a bill in April - apparently they keyed in my address wrong so I first received notification of a balance due then. Called to pay the balance with the same care credit card (also left a email message via their web portal and was told by the girl that answered the phone that you couldn't leave messages so they don't even know how their portal works).
