After shoulder surgery on April 2, 2026 the discharge nurse who seemed like she was in a hurry slapped a sling on me like I was a ragdoll. It wasn't put on correctly and when I got out of my car at home I almost tripped on a strap that was never attached. I did not receive any verbal or printed instructions on how to adjust the sling. She seemed bothered by questions I had about my post surgery and game me some bandages , but not enough in number to cover my incisions.
