Old body requiring many procedures here. Never any complaints and always the best care.
We went to 4 different Dr's in Fayetteville and none of them did anything to help. We had 1 visit with Dr. Berk (ENT), and he immediately scheduled the tests needed to discover my husbands diagnosis. Within a few weeks, my husband was able to get the surgery that he's needed for 2 years! The Surgical Center staff is friendly and helpful. Great experience all around! They even called to check on my husbands recovery.
The front desk lady named Ashley was very kind and helpful! I wouldn’t recommend the nurses since they don’t know how to start an IV and blew my vein on my hand and got poked 10 times. My overall experience with anesthesia to the operating room had much wonderful people taking care of me and made me feel relaxed! Making sure I had extra blankets for comfort and soda and popsicle to make sure I was good after surgery. Special thank you Dr. Brenner, he did much an amazing job with my surgery. My daughter had ear tube surgery 3/12/25 with Dr Grafenberg and some instructions for her antibiotics were unclear and incorrect. I called today,3/14/25 and used the number listed on her discharge papers for any questions that were given TWO DAYS AGO and the receptionist answered and said I had the wrong number?? It was the correct number 2 days ago. I also called the normal ENT office where she went for the consult and the voicemail said the inbox is full and you cannot leave any messages!
