We arrived and were informed that an additional payment of $2,300 was required on top of what I had already paid and what my insurance had covered. I was left waiting for many, many hours past my appointment time. I kept asking but they shrugged their shoulders (literally and said no words). I have a kidney issue and no liquid is a real problem. This is ASSEMBLY LINE MEDICINE. The anesthesiologist, I wasn't entirely impressed with. Bad attitude. And I remember most of the operation. "Don't worry, we give you a drug so you forget."
