Lighting was terrible. Bench presses feel like ur straight on the concrete. No vibe.
My family and I have been coming to this gym since they first opened in 2020. Since then, a lot has changed but the quality of Surge has not! The staff is super friendly and the gym is spotless. We love coming here!!
I’ve been coming here for over a year, and absolutely love this gym! Excellent assortment of equipment so you can get good variety in your workouts, with a good balance of cardio equipment and strength-training tools! The staff is all so friendly- I work out in the morning and love starting my day with their positive energy. Surge is our very favorite gym in the North Haven area. The staff is welcoming, the equipment is excellent, and the facility is clean. I enjoy the silver Sneakers Classes and should go more often!
