One of the best gyms in the New Haven area, not just in equipment but in atmosphere. Highly recommend. Sauna is a big plus
Great experience at Surge! Charlie at the front desk gave me a tour and was very helpful and professional, answering all of my questions. The gym is extremely well cared for and clean. You can tell they truly care about members growth through their packages, included amenities, high end equipment, and excellent customer service. I loved it and I look forward to returning.
