Love this gym. I am doing personal training with Bill. He is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous with planning my workouts, recording progress, and very motivating. Highly recommend him for training. I am learning so much about weight training and feel myself getting stronger in such a short amount of time. The gym has a ton of machines and equipment. Perfect for traveling professionals! Free day trial (even out of towners) and 3 month membership options! The other gym I went to try in the area was SO rude, staff at surge is amazing! Sauna and showers available too. I will stay here as long as I’m in the area.
