Amazing gym, probably one of the best in North Haven and new haven. Lovely staff and great environment to work out. Machines and equipment is clean and new. Overall amazing and affordable experience

Surge is our very favorite gym in the North Haven area. The staff is welcoming, the equipment is excellent, and the facility is clean. I enjoy the silver Sneakers Classes and should go more often!
The front desk and staff couldn’t be anymore helpful! The gym is always very clean and have great new equipment. Best decision signing up to come to this gym.
