We enjoyed our stay there... it was an impromptu trip to the coast... The rooms are a bit tired, however, they have great views and beach access. Staff is great... restaurant was good. If you need an inexpensive dose of the oregon coast..this is a good bet!!!
RecommendedThe hotel is awesome. Go during whale migration for a super treat. The food was good. Had a margarita and while it was ok, they should have used better tequila.
Pleasantly surprised. Looked from the outside like the old hotel it is. But very nice in the room, $119 king was really a suite.
We love this place!!! Awesome view of the ocean and the staff are really nice! I proposed to the "Love of My Life" there and we go there each year for our anniversary to rekindle our love for each other!!!! We also go there every chance we get to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and busy life!!!!!
Overall it's awesome...Food like turkey and ham it's soft and juicy. The salmon it's perfect.. now I'm hungry!!!!
Special today was "deep fried halibut sandwich and fries". It should of said "deep fried, processed, mystery, scrod patty, sandwich"! I consider that to be an outright lie. You might be able to pull that crap in some greasy-spoon in Kansas, but, on the Coast within spitting distance of the ocean? Also, we had to endure a whole meals-worth of loud and obnoxious kitchen staff cussing in Spanish. Very offensive. Sad to see the quality going downhill here.
We stayed on a Saturday the view of the ocean is stunning. The room was nice, enjoyed the fireplace. Overall very nice. We had breakfast in the restaurant the food was good, staff friendly.
We had a very nice room with lots of space and a beautiful view! The property is a little older but it was clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant where the service and food was excellent.
