I forgot they pressured my wife to get me to change my bad review. Well, now that they dropped SurfCT like a bad habit, time to change it back. As an IT professional, the things she has told me about SurfCT amaze me. Runaround. Poor service. Not holding up to their agreed upon services. Just bad.
Our server and both raid drives failed so we were left with only our cloud back up done by Patterson. SurfCT offered to get us a server the next week and install it for $20K but gave us a discount so it was going to be $16.6K. In the meantime, we were down and out. I was busy in the OR and when out at 3:30 PM found out nothing had changed all day. 6/15/21* UPDATE. Well first: Surf CT had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Second update; 6 months after installation we find out our Firewall was never registered.. Would not recommend working with this company as they are not responsive and not well prepared
