Reported that my microwave dish was missing on the first day of moving in and it took them 6 months to provide me with a replacement. Found out the dishwasher was broken after a week of living in the apartment and it has since been almost 10 months and they have not provided me with a replacement. Have contacted the management team on 4 separate occasions which usually ends with them saying that action will be taken but it never did. Great apartment if you just want yellow water coming from your bathtub or randomly exploding out of the sink
Horrid water, I’m sick on my skin and hair being so itchy all the time I tried filters but the water is so bad they go useless in two weeks
There are so many bugs and spiders in the apt. And I’m really scared of bugs. I had to buy chemicals to spray my own window frame. I taped the window frame, and the maintenance came and removed them w/o my permission. I wanted to move out cuz this made me so anxious living here (I couldn’t fall asleep for two nights), even I offered I can pay extra one more month, they still inhumanly forced me to stay.
