The Receptionist desk need to be retrained how to deal with guest. Specially the Long Gray Hair Lady !!
The decor and views are impressive. Truly a beautiful location. I attended a very large event there and the entrance foyer was breathtaking. The food was plentiful but was medicore, at best. The service was buffet and there was not a single item I wanted seconds of. BUT wait...let me tell you about the desserts....the desserts made up for what the entrees lacked. DELICIOUS DESSERTS.
