We got our first set of afo/smos from surestep. They did a great job with the smos but it's like they dropped the ball on the afos. It wouldn't have killed them to add colored straps. We are stuck with white. I don't think that people understand that this is not just medical equipment. It can be fun. How many little kids get excited about boring white?? I was able to jazz them up because you can still have fun with them. I'll be posting transformation pics on my Facebook page. Next time we need new ones I'll be sure to look ... read more
Surestep has giving my baby her steps.. no longer is she unstable on her feet and scared to try things on her feet.. she carries herself with confidence and pride... Sure we have a ways to go with our smos but we already see a whole new lil girl... Her doctors are very pleased as well.. thank you surestep for making such an amazing product for our special Lil ones
My daughter has mild hypotonia. She started wearing Sure Steps SMO's from age 13 months until she was 2 1/2 years old for ankle pronation. They helped her so much. In fact, she didn't even need to wear them anymore after age 2 1/2 because they had helped her so much. Now she is 4 and only wears just an arch support type insert. We are very appreciative for your product.
Thanks to my daughters sure step afo'o she's now able to start walking with the assistance of her posterior walker. Thanks Sure step of giving my baby her first steps.

Refused to accommodate after 4 years of buying AFO's, sneakers and sandals UPDATE-After the original post, we were well taken care of.. so well, that we stopped at the office to thank them on our way back fro Chicago!
