Deleting comments because they don’t fit what you want people to see??? Hmm As it is customer service has been poor between this company and my sons orthotist. They’ve not messed up two sets of braces! Pretty sad for something that is supposed to be custom made! And turn around time for their screw ups is weeks. As my son goes without braces that fit properly.
they really helped my daughter when she was walking on the sides of her feet and they come with cute designs.
When our daughter was younger the experts at Midwest Orthotics, now Transcend, in Indianapolis, made sure her orthotics met her needs. As she grew they made sure the correct orthotics were made for her. She does not need the orthotics now. As a young adult she runs 5k's and is involved in various sports and fitness. She would not be able to do this without stable feet thanks to the experts at SureStep.
Recommendedour little man just got his sidestep braces. he has adjusted well to them very quickly. he doesnt fuss that they are on his feet. such cute designs (we chose monkeys) too

our son started with the night time braces (just didn't work for him), they were made of great quality and very sturdy! He's had 2 pair of hinged AFO'S, ! These were also made with great quality! We live an hour away and are so thankful they will meet us in St. joe Michigan just 20 minutes away from our home! That has been absolutely amazing, especially in the winter months! We normally work with Eric and he's absolutely amazing with our 7 year old!
