Staff is very rude including with manager. Rooms don’t look nothing like the pictures. Rooms need maintenance and have funky smell . And housekeeping is perfect great people but apart that I don’t recommend this place
Wow..where to begin? I booked this hotel through AARP, the reviews had nothing but positive things to say about this place. Then, two days before we were to check in, I searched this hotel on google and the reviews were the exact opposite of what was posted on AARP. I read the elevator was out, terrible staff/service and boring to bad breakfast. Unfortunately, those things were mostly true. We stayed here for 6 days when my family was visiting and we NEVER had any single problem! We have children and security is important. We truly felt safe even when we were coming back late at night. Breakfast was good and the room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were all so friendly and kind, that our children were sad to leave.
