Check-in was quick. We got a room on the second floor, which was a bit tricky with luggage because the elevator wasn't working. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was included in the price and was sufficient and replenished when needed. The hotel also offers laundry services. The staff is friendly.

Elevator broken Tues on check in , still broken on Thurs by checkout. Same for a back stairway door that would not latch closed. Thankfully, no bad homeless folks intruded on our stay. Wifi was more off than on in our 2nd floor room, but worked fine by the front desk. Room carpet had some odor, but it blew out after an hour of open window. Otherwise, most everything else worked as expected. Unprotected Left turn out of the parking lot towards I-880 can be difficult during heavy traffic. Writing review while staying(201) . We checked in at 10 pm which was super fast and good . Firstly there was no drinking water at all in the room . I had to spend 7 $ for just 2 bottles which should be comp as per their basic amenities in the policy. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE, Kindly avoid this hotel at all costs. The Wi-Fi in my room was not working, so I approached the front desk. I clearly explained that the internet was working outside but not inside my room. The front desk staff said she would get it fixed and called the manager, Sudeep Gollamandala, who completely denied the issue. Since the phone (room's landline) in my room was not working either, I had to personally go to the front desk multiple times, at least 8–9 times. It was okay hotel, lift was not working so was very difficult if you get room on 2nd floor. Most of the breakfast items were out of stock and they have not refilled those like bread and yogurt, after many follow up they restocked the breads. Common area was not much cleaner. Staff was helpful but I guess problem with the management team. Rooms were clean and looking nice. If you can ignore breakfast and loft part then you can enjoy as rooms were great. Good for short 2-3 days stay.
