An Ultra Competitive value pick. The entire staff was perfect across the board and routinely went the extra mile in performing their duties. Room was spotless and charming. Bed was more comfortable than other similarly priced hotels I've stayed at. Their breakfast biscuits were among the better ones I've had. The location is just a short drive from town and the freeway. The area in general is beautiful and welcoming. Absolutely worth a visit!
Rooms are small but have a nice window bench for storage. Hotel and surroundings are clean and very nice. Staff are nice and helpful. 4 out of 5 due to the slim pickings for a healthy breakfast. There were only about 5 small apples (wrapped in plastic), no other fruit options, just cereals, bread and bagels...enough to get you going. You can walk to Buffalo Wildwings or Pizza Hut, and a short drive to downtown. The hotel could be top notch with a better breakfast.
My bf and I stayed here with our kiddos for the Fallout Festival in Flatwoods. So happy we did! One, I don't recall ever having a hotel have biscuits and gravy as a complimentary breakfast. And, it was delicious! Asked for help with the TV, and had all my problems solved. I had recalled a review abt the TV, and TVs are such a pain w hotels! Most do not connect to Internet. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! Genuinely kind and helpful staff, a great breakfast, and some of the comfiest beds of any hotel we've stayed in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Buck!
