They charge three times what they are suppose to and then turn you into a collection agency. They refuse to work with insurance companies. Complete nightmare.
I got hit in the head with a softball at my game. The entire staff was super friendly. They were quick to help get me stitched up and feeling better. I definitely will be using them when an emergency arises, however, hoping I don't need to. :)
Immediate care for my horrible cough that ended up being strep. Doctor explained everything well and rest of staff was amazing. Quick and excellent care. I will definitely be back!
We were from Michigan visiting family and had been to 2 "one minute clinics" (not taking any further patients after 6:45 pm) and a "care now" with over a 2 hour wait. When we were about to give up we literally spotted this 24 hour ER. What did I have to lose, I felt awful!! There was no waiting, the staff was amazing, and the care was nothing short of impressive! The staff are very nice, understanding and patient! :)
The staff was great, kind, and informative. We had to take our son there with a high fever and they got him in almost instantly and got the ball rolling. The two hospitals in Denton don't even come close to the exceptional treatment we got for what we needed.
I went here because i had severe pain, they diagnosed me with appendicitis, then transferred me to a big hospital for a possible surgery. While we were here the staff was courteous, constantly checked on me.
Staff was very efficient and extremely friendly. Was in really good hands.
