RecommendedFirst stop was hosp er and wait there was a min of 2 hrs, called this place and was told no wait time. Was told up front price for visit and X-rays and if it needed a cast. Cost ended up being less because no fracture. So no wait time, a couple hundred dollars versus a couple thousand that I most definitely would have had at hospital. Front desk was super helpful and nice. Good experience all around.
Clean facility. Friendly staff. I took the CPR certification class tonight. It was fun and informative! Thank you for offering it, Surepoint Emergency Center!
Total rip-off. Computer system was 'down', so I did not get an estimate like I was promised before I was treated. $800 later, I called Billing office as I was told I could do to receive an itemized statement so I could file for insurance. Apparently the agreement you sign when you go there stipluates that they DO NOT provide itemized statements. Why don't you just take peoples wallets when they enter the door too?
The staff are so friendly and welcoming! My husband and I took the CPR class and it was both entertaining and informative. I highly recommend it!
Took the CPR class at the denton location and the staff was amazing. The facility was clean and well maintained and the class was very informative and fun.
All the staff are amazing!! Great place & service! Perry the coordinator is awesome & Sasha the CPR instructor is fabulous also!! I recommend this place 100%! Thanks for all y'all do! ☺

The people took real good care of me. They listened what u had to say. Made u feel like somebody. If u don't know about them your missing out. Thanks again.
Went in with a severe ear ache. 20 minute visit with doc cost about 4500. Insurance paid 1750 and I settled for about 800 and since they switched billing companies I’m still getting billed after I resolved. Stay away.
