They are soo amazing! They definitely take care of you and make you feel at ease! I will definitely recommend this place and I appreciate their care and concern!
Very friendly staff and a clean facility. I was called back to a patient room before I could even finish filling out my name on the forms. There was a tv to watch in the patient room while i waited for test results which i thought was very nice, although I enjoyed sitting there peacefully in the quiet instead.
Went in with a monster migraine. When they saw how bad I was hurting they took me right in. The doctor was waiting for me in the room. Pain meds received quickly and was discharged in 45 minutes. Best ever.
Impressed. This week I took my daughter in for a lingering case of pneumonia. Could not be happier with the service we received. We were in a room within a few minutes, the paperwork was not excessive, and everyone was so friendly. Clean, well-equipped facility and excellent care.
Best experience at an ER. Nurses, staff and Dr. we're very attentive and courteous.
I went to the Lillian Miller Parkway Denton location and they were amazing. They had me checked in diagnosed treated and checked out in all of two to three hours. The staff was very friendly understanding and patient with me through it all! Will definitely choose them for every emergency and I highly recommend them if you are in Denton.
The best care I've ever received in an emergency room. Went in with pneumonia , no waiting, got right in , both staff and Drs were very attentive. The whole experience , other than being sick, was very positive,
