WELL worth the peace of mind. Sure Thing is one of very very few companies that have the necessary certifications to intelligently inspection New construction.

Mitchell with Sure Thing Home Inspections was AWESOME! I am a first time home buyer and a little bit out of my depth with all the stuff that is involved but Mitchell not only did a thorough inspection, he spent a LOT of time explaining what everything meant and which things were a big deal and which weren't and what needed to be prioritized. It made the whole process way less scary and thanks to him, I know exactly what I'm getting into and what I need to do and plan for. He also came out next day. I strongly recommend them.
