Hands down Surcheros is best of its class. They have SAUCE. Crazy concept Chipotle, barbarities, etc haven't figured out. Can't beat a grilled burrito from them. I always get great service when I come here - the team is awesome!
Food is great, but we had to stand in line to wait for service while they worked on online orders first. We were the only ones in line, and they filled 5 other items before they served us. Very frustrating.
Customer service impeccable. We told the gentleman we had never eaten here and he proceeded to give a great explanation of the choices and options. He even told us goodbye as we were leaving. You don’t find this type of customer service very often anymore. It’s a pleasant surprise when encountered. The food was fresh and reasonably priced.
Great food and great service I recommend to all my friends they really treat you like family
