I had an amazing experience thanks to Haleigh’s exceptional service. From the moment we began interacting, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. Food was decent, but the place needs to be tidied up. Out of straws, how bout going to Krogers or Walmart and buying some. And expensive at that!

The past two times I have eaten at this restaurant I have been served HARD, CRUNCHY, and essentially INEDIBLE southwest style rice. I specifically asked if the rice was going to be served hard/undercooked, and the staff member either misled me or was unaware of the condition of the food they were serving. I am confident that this is not the standard experience that surcheros expects for their guest, however I will NOT be returning to this location (or any other surcheros location) until I am made whole for my previous food p... read more

I only do pickup so keep that in mind. The restaurant seems clean when I walk in, though. I've had an incident where they lost my order (I used their website), however, that was only once. Ever since then they've been perfect. As far as the food, their burritos and especially taco salads are EXCELLENT. To me they have a much better flavor than other local restaurants that are similar.
