We have experienced excellent customer service and excellent customer care.
I just bought a new tub to replace an old out dated one, the sales staff was extremely knowledgeable. They removed my old tub from inside a sun room had to go over a concrete wall and placed my new tub perfectly in place. The crew went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. Great tub, great price, incredible staff and crew. They have earned a life long customer... thx
Bought a pool there this summer. Paid over $6,000 for it. During the purchase the manager we worked with was fine. After the purchase it became the poorest customer service experience I've ever had. We were told we would hear from the installer within a couple days, we didn't. Called the store a few times, every time I called it seemed like whoever answered was screening the calls and didn't want to put me through. This summer we spent $5000 on a pool with supreme. We have had nothing but problems with it. We continue to go through filters, which are suppose to last all summer and are $100 a piece. Today we were leaving for vacation and the pump went out. When we called the first thing they asked was did use a extension cord, sorry your warranty is voided. We purchased and installed one of the 30 foot pools on our acreage this Spring (2016). I was reserved about being able to take care of the size, maintenance schedule, chemical treatment and overall pool safety of this investment.
